I filed I-485 at San DIego,CA local office through marriage to US citizen. My receipt date is 09/11/2002. And I did the finger print on 12/17/2002. I plan to go out USA for two weeks in May this yr.
But I am afraid that the interview would be scheduled during the period when I am leaving.I have following questions:
1) what the time interval between receipt of interview letter and actual interview?
2)How long does it take from fingerprint to interview at San Diego local office?
Your advice would be appreciated.
