Hello Gurus,
This is for my sister. Her husband filed his 485 based on EB3 in Dec 2004. He filed her 485 at that time as well in the Vermont Center (EAC-05-XXXXX). Since then, he got his approval in 2008 but she never got her approval.
Two questions:
1. If I look at the Vermont dates, they are processing Sep 2011 applications. Does that means her case is past the "normal processing time"?
2. What can we do to push them to make a decision?
