We got 9 applicants for my job advertisement. One of them seems qualify for my job based on my job description (Master degree and one years experience ........). And he has a green card. An telephone interview has been set up between my boss and him. Now I am so worried that my boss could not find an excuse to reject this applicant. And I would like to know What are the reject reasons acceptable to the immigration department.
