Hello gurus,
my 485 got approved when i 'm in india. when i left to india i left on Advance parole. Now my 485 appoved. my attorney says since my I-485 got approved my parole no longer valid. is this TRue? i thought i can still enter using advance parole and get it stamped. Please let me know as my travel date is nearning.

IF that is the case best is to tell somebody who is coming to India to get it with them or have it couriered it to you.

You can enter US on AP after 485 approved!
