Need urgent info abt Asylum case status

Why required to submit 3 copies of all evidences in asylum interview and before?
I provided 3 copies to my AO , he kept only 2 copies.
I am worried my case moving to IJ or its approved
 
My mother is in India and my father died longtime back.
I am in usa with pending asylum
I want to add her as dependent on asylum approval.
could someone tell?
what form i need to fill?
how many days interval in which i am suppose fill for her?
how soon it will be approved?
is she has to wait for me to get green card or she can travel usa on asylum approval?
 
Only spouses and children under 21 can be derivatives of green card applications, asylum or otherwise.
 
she is my mother and she is alone old in india.
why cann't be my derivative?

She can’t be your derivative because under US immigration law, only spouses or unmarried children under 21 can be derivatives.

If your application is successful and you eventually become a citizen, you can apply for a green card for your mother as an immediate relative of a US citizen at that stage.
