need urgent help

hi friends,iam a undergraduate student and graduated with my BS.iam on ji visa and i have waiver.my visa is going to expire within two months.Any option i can apply for another ji for my masters degree.

To begin a new J1 program after your wavier on earlier J1 you need 1 to 2 years gap (2 years if you were on 5 year J per new regulations, 1 yrs if were on 3 year J1 old one).

You can switch to F1. You may be asked to go out of US for stamping. Work quickly with your university to file your F1 paper work, 2 months should be enough time. But hurry.
