Need urgent help!!!!!

Folks, I have an urgent question!!!
My husband and I went to interview Last Monday. We waited there for almost 3 hours and an officer told us that our documents are in PA right now(They are supposed to be in LA that day).
So we can not have interview that day.The officer said she already asked the PA office to send our documents to LA.
She also promised to call us to arrange another interview as soon as possible.
Therefore, my husband and I started to wait for call from USCIS( we both left our cell phone number and kept our phones on all day long)
However, now is Tuesday. Almost one week passed by and we have not heard anything yet!!!
We are so worried.
Has anyone been through this before?
Please please please give us suggestion!!!

Call your DO up... also make an Infopass appointment and go down there to inquire what's going on.

Why was your paper work in PA isntead of LA? Did you change addresses after filing?

Seems that would be main reason why they mucked up your paperwork.

I think Info Pass is the best way to go. I wouldn't panic after not receiving call within 1 week, I doubt the DO is carrying your cell phone numbers around and looking everyday to see where your paperwork is.

You know how Govt. offices work when your paperwork gets to LA, it will probably sit or float through a few hands before it is flagged for someone to call you in.
