Hi all,

My secnario is like this.

I came on H1B visa with a company (Let us say A) and worked for 6 months. After 6 month the assignment got over and I got a offer from another company(company B). I worked for this company for one month and unfortunately the project got over. After that I find another assignment through my old company(comapny A) and worked for another 6 months. Now I am working for a company D and they want to file for GC and asked me to fill ETA750B form. Should or should not I show the comany B for which I worked one month. I have paystub and H1B from the comapny B. My worries is
Is this legal for me join A after the assignment with B is over.
P.S. At a time I am only paid by one company (either A or B.) For comapny A I was on bench for that one month duration.

Am I in big trouble.
Any help is highly appreciated,

Thanks a lot.

You are legal if you had H1s from A & B both.... You should show the experience of both in your resume & ETA750A ...
You are not in trouble so don't worry & just go for it.

Thanks

Thanks a lot GP and Ray for the quick reply. My company B will give me work exp. letter. That is not a problem. Ray do u think in case INS comes to know that I had worked for company B (in case I don't show up) will that be a problem.

Thanks a lot again for ur comments.

I talked with my current employer(who is filing GC) and they don't want to show up the company B exp either as they did not do at the time of H1B filing. My H1B is already approved.

Does any body else faced the same problem.
Pls advice.

Thanks,
