Need urgent help with W2 issue

Hi,
I changed many jobs this year. So I have to collect W2s at the end of the year from hostile employers who I anticipate may create problems by not giving me the W2s. So, my question is if that happens wherein they refuse to give me the W2, how can I pay my taxes if they refuse to give me the W2s?
How do I get them to give me the W2s if they refuse to give me?
Please let me know this urgent.

My 485 case 2002

Also, these W2s are also needed for my 485 which was filed in 2002 and I need to of course pay my W2 taxes properly.

Spartakus is right, they have to send you W2. But they can escape by saying they have already mailed it, may be lost in the mail. It happened to me once. Hopefully you will get the W2, worst case if you don't get it, then take your last pay stubb from that employer and go to H&R block. They will take care of it, no problems.
 
By Law they would, if not u may ask account dept of ur prv work to provide u copy. there is no way they denied, its ur dought/think. don't worry they would.

btw W2 is not only made for u, Empl copy + IRS + SS + your copies are made together and exactly same :D . u can ask ur copy if u not received.

If they claim W2 got lost in the mail then what to show INS for RFE?

So Dukhi485filer,
If they claim the W2 got lost in the mail then what do I do if the INS asks for a copy of my W2 tax forms? If that happens then what should I show the INS for the W2?

Legally employer has to provide you the w2. Whatever may the personal rivalry they usually provide w2. But missing w2 is very common. There are cases like company goes out of business or some thing similar employees may not get the W2 forms.

For this you need to fill up a form (I think 4852). That should take care of every thing.

Legally they have to provide a copy to IRS,
there is a number you can call and get your copy from IRS...

is this for tax year 2003 or 2004...
if it is for 2004...wait until March 2005 before you call them...
