Need help in figuring out what the problem was with my AP application. Filed around Feb 23, 2005. They returned my AP application back to me along with a form which says ...
"The check you submitted has an incorrect guarantee amount, is not signed, or the numerical and written amount do not match. Your application/petition can not be processed untill the deficiency has been corrected. Please correct and resubmit to the office listed below."
I had sent a check of $165.00 payable to USCIS. Also the numeric and the written amount match. I could not figure out what the problem is ....
Anyone had simillar experience and resolved it?. Does the fee changed from $165.00?.
