I just notice strange thing, please help me to understand
I had my I140 approved on April 24th 2006 and my company has sent 3year ext of my H1 . On other side I have another I140/485 is pending (Since Dec 24th 2004) with company B for future employment and I have my been renewing my and my spouce EAD on that.
Now strange thing on my I140 approval under beneficiary it is MY NAME but my SPOUCE A# ????...... Is it normal ? Because on my pending I140 there is my name and my A# on application receipt.
What should I do now ?
Should I wait for my H1 ext and see what happen or should I brought this issue to my employer attention ?
Please help with your valuable advice/s
