Need Urgent help on 485 Issue!!!!!

Hi All,

I am not much aware of AC21 law. Due to the bad economic conditions I have the following questions

What are the options I have if I get laid off before 6 months after applying 485?
Should I get any letter from my company about my lay off? If yes, Could any one send a format or the information that are required in the later?

Dude,

Its all rather murky this new AC21 law.
I would hire a lawyer and ask for their guidance.
It will cost your about $1000, but I think it is
money well spent, at least until INS comes out
with concrete regulations (ie. not memos) for AC21.
