Need urgent help :FP rescheduling

I have rescheduled my FP in early Sep and haven't heard of any response on the new FP date yet. I would appreciate your answers on the following questions :

1. how longs does it usually take to receive the new FP notice after rescheduling ?
2. Can I walk in the local FP office to have my FP (thought my original date was due in mid Sep ?).
3. If yes for Q2, which local office should I try in New Jersey ?

I will walk into the local FP office to have my FP or the venue you were directed by INS in Mid September.

I am scheduled for fingerprint on 25 but my letter states if I could not make it on that day, I can go any Wednesday before January 30th of 2003. Remember to take the letter you received from INS with you. I would not wait for INS to send me a second letter for INS.

what was your service center ?

I think NSC notice doesn't have same instruction ?
Any one with expeience with NSC finger printing rescheduling ?
