Need urgent help - AP renewal.

Hi,

i Need a urgent help from u guys. i am planning to go to india september lasdt week. i booked the ticket. i am waiting for my AP.

i submitted my
EAD, AP renewal submitted on JUne 2005(last week).
Notice date July 2005(first week).
Finger printing August 2005(first week) (code 2).
Second Fingerprinting August 2005( 3rd week) (code 2- for me only not for my spouse).
Ead approved August 2005 (same day as fingerprinting).

I485 pending/ EB3/NSC

AP =?

Can anybodyplease tell did they change the LUD before the approval. My AP Lud changed only once (as receipt date).


Please post your suggestion how long it will take to get my AP renewal.

Can i get my Ap before my travel.? My current AP expired on August 31st.

I have not seen any LUDs on AP -- the only LUD after initial receipt happens on the day of approval or at the most one day before approval.

btw, don't place too much trust on LUDs -- its not a reliable indicator of anything.

Which service center is processing your AP renewal ??
NSC is very quick - I got my renewal within a month - most other got it within 2 months.

Hi,

I also have to travel asap. I filed my AP extension application with Nebraska on Aug 18th. In my case the reason for travel is marriage. Any idea how long will it take to get the approval or is it possible to get AP on urgent bases from local USCIS center for this purpose?

finally my LUD for AP changed. not the message. just the date. .

anybody experienced the same thing happend?

You will get your AP approved in the next 2 days or so ....

maybe after labor day if the offices are closed -- but very good chance for today (Friday) !!
