Need Urgent Advice

I have to make an urgent decision . My situation is like this ::

I am a sept03 filer. My 140 is approved. My company is closing the site in Dec15 th in the place where I am working now. They offered me a position in their corp site. I am very reluctant to go over there. ( due to family,kids study etc). I was looking for a job locally to switch using AC21 but there is no luck so far. I may get a job may be after Jan2005.

my questions are

1. If I had been out of job for 2 months( say atleast) will there be aproblem in my 485 approval? Should I take risk??

2. Does any one come across this situation and if so can you please share your experience ??

Legally, You could not stay unemployed for two months. You can take a chance if you want though. You will only be in trouble if BCIS asks for pay stubs, or employment history. My advice to you is- Try to stay employed.
