Need Urgent Advice for the Local Transfer

Guys,

After 3 years they have transfered both our cases to local office at Omaha NE. Site update does not say anything about interview. When to expect any Interview? Also I did change my job after 8 months. I also have a new lawyer from the new company. which are not not notified to BCIS. I need urgent advice as what to do on job & lawer change.

Please give more details:
1) Is your I-140 approved.
2) When your case was transfered
3) Did you change your job after I-140 approval and 6 mobnths after filing 485?
4) Changing Lawyer doesnt matter at all...

It was approved and I filed 485 after that

Case was transfered by a week ago

Yes and I changed 8 months after 485 RD.

If I am called in for interview do they care about lawyer change. Also is it ok to notify them job change at that time? Anybody with this experience? I greatly appreciate your feedback.

I understand your advice. Sometime back I asked the lawyer and he said we don't have to proactively do that and if they send an RFE we will do it. For anything I have to push my lawyer. Do you think it is ok to send AC21 notification to the local center now?

I think you should, but talk to your Lawyer.....
