I have few questions regarding my son who is on H4 and is aging out on September 2004.
I am on H1-B visa. LC got cleared at state and is waiting for clearance at Federal level in Chicago. My case has been applied to federal on march first week 2004. (AVM dated March 8th 2004..)
Questions are :
Is there any way to find out LC status with my case number?
Is there a way to expedite my sons case, so that I can apply for I-140 / 485 and lock his age before September 2004.?
My son is now on H4 visa. He is joinig in one of the Universities to do his MS. Right now he is joining on H4 status in University. Do I need to change his status to F1, if I cannot lock his age by September ?..and when should I apply for his change of status to F1.?
