Presently i am on H4.and i rececntly applied for my H1(Not yet filed).and my problem is my I-94 will expire in Sep 1st week. People are saying that i must have I-94 above October, otherwise i have to go out of the country for stamping ,if my H1 is not approved below Sep. Meanwhile i have applied for I-94 extension but it will take time to get it.So can i file my H1 with my old I-94 or can i wait until i get my I-94 extension. 35,000 H1s are already filed.
Please help me with this. Eagerly waiting for your response.
