Hello Guyss,
I wana tell that my Dad file my petition I-730 back in June and Approved in August 08. USCIS sent letter to my dad(US) that your relative petition has been approved. BUT when i check my status online it says...

On June 18, 2008, we received this I730 REFUGEE ASYLEE RELATIVE PETITION and request that we waive the filing fee. I'd call and email them on a daily basis.

It seems like the ones who filed their I730 in recent months are enjoying the speedy processing. My father filed for me back in May 2007 and despite going for Biometrics back in September 2007, I haven't heard about my case while my father's compatriots have already received full approval on their families' petition.
