The policy memo for the AC21 implementation (posted earlier today on immigration web sites) says
"Under present practices it is expected that an I-485 applicant notify the Service when they no longer intend to enter employment who sponsored them on the I-140 petition. The Service should continue to expect the applicant to submit a letter notifying INS of the change in intent".
My question is, any guidelines on the format and mode of delivery of this letter ? Any experience doing this ?
