Folks,

1. If a I140 is denied from Company A, Could one file a new I140 from Company B using a approved Labor that Company B has? If Yes, Could that filed I140 be used to File for H1 Extension.I am already on 7th Year extension.

2. How much time one gets to file I140 after a Labor is approved. In other words, does a Labor have a expiry date.

Sorry, I don't know the answer for yr 1st question.

For yr 2nd question : there is no expiry date for I-140, in other words there is no time frame to file yr I-140 afer you get yr LC.

For 2# You mean to say the Labor remains valid for years for be used for I140. I thought you have to file the I140 within 45 days after the labor is approved.
