hi folks,
we applied for a green card for my wife and just received the interview notice. unfortunately, the interview has been scheduled for august 6th, when i have plans to be out of the country.
i'd like to reschedule the interview. is this something that will be viewed as unreasonable by uscis?
is it better for me to call or to make an infopass appointment? i figure i can call monday morning, whereas the infopass appointment will probably be a couple of weeks out. i just tried making an infopass appointment, and it said that there aren't any information appointments available at this time.
any thoughts as to how much this will delay the green card process? this is at the prosperity avenue, fairfax, va office.
