Need to make an appointment for FP?

I got the FP notice from INS, do I need to make an appointment?

Your FP notice should have the address and date and time to appear for FP. On my FP notice it had all the information.

you do not need appointment in Raleigh, NC. It takes a few minutes. I do not know elsewhere.
