Need to locate immigration doctor in Ann Arbor area, Michigan

I received an RFE for TB skin test. When I got my TB skin test last year, a nurse read the result. INS requires to redo the skin test. The office I used last year is closed or does no more immigration medical exam. Could you suggest any place? Thanks a million for the help.
