Need to Change Address While 485 & 765 Pending

Hi,

We need to change address in a month while we have the following pending at USCIS

My 485 Pending
My 765 Pending
My wife's 485 Pending

We both have sent our Medical to USCIS recently. Can somebody let us know what should we do in order to make sure that USCIS contact us using our new (changed) address?

I will tell you my experience of the same situation_
for your 1485 change of address, it should be no problem- call the service center and let them know your new address, they will send you a confirmation within a couple of weeks that your new address is filed- you also have to fiel the AR11 (?) with the London Kentucky office.

as for the 765- this may be a little more complicated- the files for these docs are not kept with the 1485 docs- they are processed separately- you will need to check when you filed and how close you are to approval to determine of they can catch it in time- mention this when you call the service center number- they should make a note for the other file . They will ask you what you have pending when you call- so this shold be ok- if you are close, it may already be ordered and on its way- in which case you will have ot wait for it to be returned to the service center - then be re-mailed back out to your new address.

should be OK if you follow the steps and keep in touch with service center.

call the 1800 # and give the src #s of all the pending applications, and the A# and ask them to make the change, also write to the service center include A# Src # of all applications and copies of the notices. call after a week to make sure the change was made to each application.
