Hello,
I got married on May 7 in India and am undergoing seperation (Nullification) proceedings since MAy 26. The wife and I have a joint signed affidavit giving our consent for a petition in the court to have a court decree for our marriage's nullification.
Wife has never been in the US before or anywhere outside India. I have been in US for over 5 years on (different) H1-B(s) and am in India presently.
Our Visas are valid till Sep this year.
Do i have a legal obligation to inform US Embassy New Delhi, State Dept, USCIS?
If so how do i do this?
