I have
Diploma in Computer programming - 1 year (back home)
BS Science (Computer Special) - 4 year degree (back home)
MS Computer Science (in USA)

Work experience:
Software Engineer - 1 Year (back home)
Student programmer - 1.5 years (USA - partime during MS degree)
Software Consultant(For the present company who filed GC) - 3.5 years

Do you guys think, I will get my I140 and I485 approved without any problem?

My lawyer filed only 2002 W2. Do you think I will get any RFE ?
 
What about labor...

If you have filed your own labor certification and got it approved, then I don't think there will be any problem, however if your company is using a subsitute labor for you than you need to tell us what exactly are the requirements ( educational and experience) required in that labor. Based on that only someone can say whether you might get an RFE or not.

Questions ?

How big is your company ? ( number of people )

How is your company doing financially, from the date your labor was filed till today ? (Ability to pay iussues) - Any losses, how much ?

Is your salary consistently equal to or more than the proffered wage mentioned in labor ?

Since you have a 4 year degree and ur. own labor, I don't see any issues in education and experience. Lets see what others say ?

My company Approximately 4000 - 5000 employees. I dont think they had any lossess.

I had a small pay raise after labor and W2 shows little different. I am not sure how much. If I recall its less than $2000 different from my labor.

Rest easy, everything looks fine till now. You may get your approval both 140 and 485 in this month itself.
