Need Suggestion on Pre Approval Labor

Friends,

I applied for GC with Company A and now i got a offer from Company B with pre approved labor.
Pls answer these questions....
1)Did the current skill set should match with Company B labor ??? If i go for pre-approved labor will immigration compare the skill set with Company A labor and Company B labor?.

2)Will the immigration validates my Company A skill set with Company B skill set and with experience letters??.

Yes, your skill set should match the pre-approved labor. The most important part is that your education and experience certificates match the pre-approved labor. From experience, the tools do not really matter to a great degree, but they are important. You will need to obviously file experience letters, and the more detailed, the better. If you can get them to match perfectly, obviously that's best, but if not, you should still be OK. Good luck!
