hi there,
Can you give me the suggestion how and when is the best time to get the info pass since i had try so hard to get it but just got the only message " At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later". Can you give me the idea to get one?

Try early in the morning like between 6-7.
 
hi
i waonder if i can the info pass of the other district since the place i filed my document never had any available. Wonder if i can go get pp stamp from some other district. ( I filed my paper at norfolk wonder if i can go get stamp at DC)
Please give me an idea

The funny thing is that I had the same experience. I live in the Bay Area CA, and my DO is San Francisco.

When I put my living area zip code, it said no appointment time was avaliable. Then I put the zip code for the DO office, which is downtown SF and it worked.

Although my living area zip code should direct me to SF DO, it just never worked.
