need step by step guidence for applying J1 Waivier

first u have to send a application to Indain Embassy . then they will sign and u 3 copys.
1 . send to ur paaport office
2. ur home dept office
3. centrel HR office
they will send back to Embassy .
4.embassy will send a NORI to u
5.u have to send NORI and other doc to STATE DEPT OF usa
FOR DETAILS VISIT WEB SITES LIKE iNDIAN EMBASSY AND STATE DEPT OF USA
