i got i797c about month and half ago nothing after that is anyone have same status ??
Hey my all friends
i hope everyone is doing good , i have a question that i didn't get the answer because my wife file i-130 for me and we did that by our own and we already recived the i-797c in mail on april 1st 2011 and email as well , the question is if they gonna notify for any furthur letter with email also ? Or they just gonna mail it ? , the other quetion i have is i am over stayed in usa since 2008 is that gonna coz delay for my case ?
