Friends,

I know this is not the right place, but i figured if i ever get an answer it will be here with the number of people on the site

One of my friend's mother is visiting and accidently lost the passport. They will get an emergency passport but do they need a US visa to be stamped on the passport while leaving the country or would the police report about the misplaced passport suffice? Any information is appreciated
 
Was I-94 also lost?

I believe they are not stamping anything on new passport here. but you can contact near local INS office or take Infopass appointment and see if they can do anyting, she also can reapply for I-94 in local Office too(I believe).

Does she has copy of the lost Passpost?

They would let her out without any issue. maximum they can ask her about I-94. which can be issued again by Local INS Office.
