i want some information..please let me know
i dont have enough time
i filed my GC labor from NY city from comany A in sept 2001 and you know how the things are going on in NY..its still April 2001
my manager told me that we have layoffs in last year so i approached one company X from midwest..they did my H1 and Gc labor also..
i got labor cleared from company X..still i am working in company A only..
my 6 years will be completing this march 2004..
now i am trying to call company X..but no one is responding..
so i cant use that labor for my 140/485
here now company A is having once again layoffs...
from company A i got 7th year extesion also..
is there any way i can go to another company B to do new H1 and new Gc while still i work in company A
please let me know
