Need Some help

I was wondering if someone could help me ? I am just about to mail my application of and i am getting my last few documents together. First of all they say you need a letter from the petitioners employee and bank. Does anyone know waht those letters are suppose to state ?

Then also i dated all my forms for the 16 th of October but will only mail it on the 23 rd .......will that be a problem ?

The letter from petitioner's employee is to state these things.


Name of Business
Address
Phone Number

How long the person has been employed
Their salary, wages,
Their job position (what they do)

It supposed to be on business letterhead if company has that, but if not a signature with date, phone number of person who is in charge,(business stamp)

The letter from bank verifies joint bank accounts (if you have one with spouse)

The dates are not a problem
