i'm a practicing Physical Therapist in AR. i had my I-140 approved in march 05'. as per the new regulations, schedule A PD is current. I have still not recd any information from NVC or US consulate in chennai abt my status.called NVC several times, but they say my case is under review.i have applied for CP. the firm which is processing my papers is saying that they are waiting for "CHOICE OF AGENT" letter from NVC. my DS-230 and PCC papers are ready. is anybody out there who know anything abt the "choice of agent letter "and when do we send the ds-230 part I forms too?.i hope someone can help me!!!
