Need some help with rental car

Hi
I'm planning to land in canada in the second week of october.I want to come back to US after staying there couple of days.I'm planning to drive to Vancouver from Seattle. Can some one suggest some rental car companies who I can get a car to drive to Vancouver..? Also Is there any problems if we drive a rental car to Canada? I heard that we need to have a canada license plate once we land as a pr in canada?
Please through some suggestions...!

Avis and Hertz do that. You can drive the rental car only till your intended destination in Canada, and thereafter return it to the nearest possible rental location. I confirmed it with a Canadian Customs officer today.
