I really need some suggestions from you guys. I had my interview on Sept 20 and finally I found, my file is not our local DO. After 3 weeks later, I went to my DO with info pass. They informed me that NBC made mistake and they sent my file to the warehouse instead of DO office. What a nice job by NBC
. NBC thought my case is approved and sent my file in to the garbage 
My DO made a query but they don't know how long I have to wait. I already made a query through 1-800 number and sent them a mail query also.
Questions:
How can I expedite this process? Is there any way our senator can help me, if so what's the process to reach the senator? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
