Hello there! This is my first post in this forum. I am in Indian national and my employer recently gave me the "green light" to apply for my GC. I work as a SAP consultant in Ohio and this is my first job right out of school. I have a Masters degree in Business Administration with a major in Information Systems. I have worked here for 2 years now. I have about 4 years of work experience in India. I wanted to know what the chances are of my labor getting approved? What is the current situation like? How long could it possibly take for the labor to get approved if they file in the next month or so?
I am not very familiar with the whole process, so if someone could give me some general tips and comment on my situation, I would highly appreciate it.
