Sorry if I am not posting relevant questions. I am sure someone will start bashing me for using this site for non-immigration issues.

How can you tolerate and continue to work with extremely difficult co-workers ?
If a person has joined recently, the coworkers behave as if he/she is their enemy.
These people do not want to share any information on this job. Is this because they are scared that they will be easy to be replaced if someone knows all the work etc.?
Sometimes, I think they do not even have any information and just act (like 'go and figure out yourself by debugging etc.,').
I don't get it. Very frustrating.

I do not know if any of you faced this. I have never faced this before except in this job.

Be careful to change job! Very likely, a few pecent of increase in salary will bring siginficant incovenience in some other things. You know, many times, a vacancy is created because someone can not tolerate something..... So ...

good luck to future adventure. If you are really unhappy, keep looking around until you are basically satisfied.
