Need some advise

Hi everybody,

My husband became a US-C last year I did this year, my ceremony is in january. He would like to petition for his parents. They both live in Bosnia and they have never visited the USA. I was browsing through the immigration websites and got realy confused. I printed out the forms for l-130. and it tells me a little bit about the whole procedure. We have to apply here and send it to Nebraska (live in Idaho) with some other papers of proof.
How much do we have to earn so that the application gets approved.?
How long does the whole proces take? What would be a reason to get the application denied? If it gets approved what is the next step to do, for us or them? I have 0% of knowledge about all this.
Any answer/advise would be much appreciated.

One more question: if everything works out good. what benefits to they qualify here for. (i.e. ssn, medicaid, foodstamps, ssi)if any at all.
Sorry for the long post, and thany you!!!!!!
