My lawyer informs me that recently INS had approved some I-485 application and did not sent out any notification or AVM.... Is this truth?
I’m still waiting for my I-485 approval...My spouse (primary) was approved and received notice for passport stamped on May 10, 2002. According to my lawyer it is true that the spouse's case is depending on the primary applicant. However somehow after filing the I-485 they became two "separate" issues.
So just want to give you some more background. I had asked my lawyer to fax into INS to make the 1st inquiry for 15 working days and “No notification from INS”. I’m going for the 2nd fax-inquiry for 10 working days. Do anyone have a batter idea on what next I should do.
