1. I got my greencard in 12/99. I applied to remove conditional residency in 10/01. Till now, I haven\'t recieved any letter informing the application is getting processed. Do I need to carry a confirmation letter from INS that I have applied for I-751, if I need to travel abroad.
2. My wife is a citizen for the past 15 years, we are married since 11/97. When can I apply for Citizenship (N-400) as I got my GC only in 12/99.
