I am in the ROW queue and filed my I140 and I485 after the May bulletin. Today, my wife's is becoming current too.
My wife, she has a very good progress and development with her company. However, I am not and I am very very under pay and even need to absorb all my legal fees and expenses for my GC sponsorship.
So, if I am riding on my wife's I485, I can get the EAD and begin to work for other company as soon as I can find one, rather than waiting for my I485 to become approved.
My question is, can my wife file the I485 as well after I filed mine (She is also filed the I485 by riding on my application)
My PD is 04/2003 ROW and my wife's PD is 12/2006 under China (but can file cross changability)
What should I do now?
Can we still file with my wife's I485 and see how it goes at the end of the stage? As you all know, sometimes somehow, a late comer will get the GC sooner...
