Need Serious Advice Please!!!

Hi All, Thank u all for sincere feedback
My Problem:
I was in US with B1 visa (4 months) went back to India
Tried renewing the B1 again and got denied 3 consequent times!!!!with reason being said that I have no intention of returning back to India since all my siblings are in US.

Getting married in December 04 and plan to apply as H4.

Will my H4 be rejected????? Please advice...

nope it should be ok .... sinvce H visas are dual intent, make sure ur spouse's docs are in order
