Need reference of lawyer in NJ/NYC area with 180 day job change approval exp.

I am considering changing job (due to possible layoff situation) using 180 day rule. However, current lawyer is company provided so I will have to get new lawyer if I change jobs.

Anyone knows any good lawyers in NJ AREA who have already got experience with getting approvals for 180 day job change cases and would therefore know what sort of docs./procedures are required. Pls. provide refernce from personal experience only.

Since its a new rule , for every lawyers this would be a first time .
You dont have to go to NJ based lawyer . Try Khanna or Murthy .
