Need Recommendation for POE

My CP interview is scheduled in Montreal on August 21, 2002. In reading scattered posts, one is lead to believe that POE determines the Service Center that handles the 'plastic' processing, ergo determines the time it takes to get plastic after POE formalities. Is there a consolidated post somewhere that tables POE vs. time taken to get plastic.

My default POE would be Toronto Pearson Intl. Does anyone have any experience with this POE?

east coast

All POE's on the east coast get sent to the same place. Toronto is fine.
