Hello All,

I believe that this question has been answered somewhere in the thread. I have read most of them but need precise info on this issue.

Issue:
I have already changed jobs using AC21 rule after 180 days of I485 filing. Now due to the contract end I have another offer with another company. (GOOD). My RD is Feb 15, 2002. So, if I imagine how INS works(which no one knows), I believe and hope that my interview or adjucation of case might come up in March/April of 2003.

God forbid, when the time of interview or Adjucation of case, I am out off project or employment what are my SCENARIOS.. Am I screwed at that point? Any and all thoughts are welcome.

It would be the same as now if you didn't have the offer from the other company lined up! Unless there is a restriction on the number of times that you can switch jobs using the AC-21 180 day rule, I don't see any difference.

You will still have to find a job if there is an RFE, whether now or then.

May be I'm missing something...
