Currently, I have long term contract with with good billing rate. I can switch billing and route the contract through any vendor. My only need is , I need a pre-approved labor with EB3 category. I am on 6th year H1B with 5 months left. Please check with your companies, most probably they may have. Please help me out and let me know, your thoughts. Would appreciate any response. If my company has pre-approved labor why would I tell you instead of using that myself. Anyway have you looked into PERM if you have long project with good billing rate lot of companies would do PERM for you, it just takes 45 days for approval, so they say.
