HI,

Need help: I am looking for any company that has a PRE-APPROVED LABOR. I am on a long-term contract with a very stable client. I can get the client with me.

I am a Programmer Analyst with Masters Degree.

Please help me if you represent any company or if you could recommend any company.

Looking for prospective employer

I am looking for a prospective future employer with a pre-approved Labor (for J2EE and with a bachelor's in electronics engineering )
I am willing to bear expenses and other realted costs .Also i will like to make it clear that i have no intention of joining the future employer till i get the GC. (I believe it's better to be frank from begining)

have Pre-approved LC

Hi,

I have a Pre-approved LC with an consulting firm, the LC can be used to substitute if someone meet the similiar background as mine. Need to be Commputer programmer or software engineer, with Master degree or Bachelor degree +5.

It would be perfect if you have client and work as consultant. You are required to get 3 pay stubs with the sponsoring company (means you need to work for 3 months) then I-I40/I485 will be filed on you behalf concurently. It will be filed to the Vermont Service Center.

By the way, you are not required to stay in the company after the I-140/I485 is filed, you can then rejoin the company after GC is approved, which may be many months later...

But it is company policy that there must have 3 pay stubs included in your I-140/485 application,

Hi,

If the LC states the job position requires a degree in Computer Science/information Systems, while the new person to use the LC as substitute has a degree in Electrical Engineering, or Engineering, Does the new person qualify to use the LC to apply for I140?

Yes, someone is asking, if there is still has a pre-approved LC available, It is available. The job position requirement stated on the LC says Master degree in Computer Science/Information System with 3 years experience or Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience.
