I got my first h1b in march 2005 with salary of 55k as system analyst in consulting company.Within few months, I changed my job & got my h1b transfered but as a part time h1b because this co is Non IT & cos lawyer had suggested the same.Since then, i've working 25 hour a week @ min rates which works out b approx 40k annualy.
Can anyone give me your opinion on my current sitiuation in terms of legal status.What should i do if it is a problem.
Also, If part time h1b is as good as full time(My current salary is only 40k) Am i eligible for filing green card process with my current employer.. or would it b better if my ex employer sponsors for the same.
Please guide me..i need as many as advise if possible.
